"An Effortless Communication Platform - MUST HAVE for any business."
What do you like best about Dotdigital? After 8years+ of digital marketing, the onboarding and learning process with DotDigital blew me away. Everything from getting set up, ease of integration with our other platforms, platform training, right through to regular check-ins and strategy sessions with the Dot Digital team.

"Great features and support"
What do you like best about Dotdigital? It is super easy to navigate, build, and deploy campaigns as well as automation programmes, ideal for when you have a small team. Training is quick and easy to get things off the ground & saving headers & footers has been a life saver! Customer support is always on hand to help out, so it's great to get 24/7 support & love working with a proactive CSM like Emily Bowerman - its been awesome to get out some awesome programmes.

We have been a DotDigital customer for a few years now and have received great support throughout. The staff we have dealt with have provided helpful and knowledgeable assistance. The DotDigital bulk mailing platform has proved to have been reliable and effective as we have gradually taken advantage of more and more features.

Knowledgeable, attentive and practical
Very happy with the delivery, results and general output of Dot Digital as a platform and a vendor in the past 12-odd months of having them onboard as our key CRM and eDM platform. Simple to use yet advanced-enough in its capabilities. Whilst there are some limitations in it's true customisation abilities, this is only in rare instances. Amazing Platform, Capable Team
Amazing platform for Marketing Automation especially email marketing and SMS marketing. Over and above being an amazing platform I loved the capability and customer-centricity of the whole organisation. Our CSM Chris makes real difference to the equation. Highly recommend platform.

The best marketing platform!
We have worked with Dotdigital for over a year now and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.
