Sidney Brooks, our account manager, is great - pro-active, heavily invested in creating and maintaining a steady partnership and always goes that extra mile to assist and look after us. DotDigital is overall a good ESP with amazing support. I've enjoyed working with the account manager Chris Ash, who has been a great help with strategy, quick response times and advice on the latest platform upgrades. You're in good hands! I am a refugee from Mailchimp, which I was really frustrated with. Dot Digital is not only a dream come true but the personally-assigned support/coach is so incredible for helping me get up to speed with the platform ASAP. If there’s one small issue I have it’s that some of the functionality is better on Shopify or Magento integrations.
