A very powerful customizable tool that eliminates Salesforce headaches

What do you like best? I like the chrome extension best, it doesnt get in the way of my current workflow, I'm still able to view salesforce on the same page. The template extension is most effective, being able to update & sync data in a seamless fashion What do you dislike? If I update fields directly into salesforce the information in Salesforce may end up being newer than the dooly template, as a result you have to delete the field from your Dooly template and reload it. ...

One place for all my notes

What do you like best? Love the organization and ease of use. I can easily see all the notes taken for my account and automatically sync it to SF. What do you dislike? -Can't add in font colours or the ability to highlight text -Can't see contact's position/title in the pop-up card when you click into the contact in notes -Can't check off attendance of contacts in a meeting (i.e. although the contacts are included in the meeting, some may not show up so it would be great if ...

Makes my job much easier!

What do you like best? I love being able to quickly edit multiple data fields from a single screen, without having to go into each opportunity record individually. Took a ton of time and effort off the task of updating pipeline (probabilities, sales notes, close dates, etc). What do you dislike? Speed could improve. Sometimes waittime loading up different boards can be lengthy. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a test drive and utilize their amazing ...

Best sales note-taking software

What do you like best? All my notes integrate into the Salesforce records, can update my opps much quicker from the board What do you dislike? Difficult to reassign the note to a different account/opportunity once assigned What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No more manual note taking, all notes get attached to the opps without effort

Makes SFDC easy to navigate for non-technical Users

What do you like best? Dooly has made my life so much easier. The customer support is fast and responsive. What do you dislike? Currently, there is nothing I dislike about Dooly. I was an early adopter, and when there was an issue, the CS team would log it and get it resolved almost immediately. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Speed - I can update SFDC at a ...

Streamline and Efficiency

What do you like best? I love having the ability to see my salesforce data and notes in a highly editable efficient way. This helps me keep track of all of my opportunities while still being able to be duplicatable and efficient with my key metrics. What do you dislike? The only downside I could find was not being able to pull the different types of reports that I can pull from salesforce directly but they don't advertise that anyway so it's not a biggy but would be nice. What ...

Outbound Sales

What do you like best? Dooly helps me stay organized and on top of every opportunity. What do you dislike? I wish I could keep and organize notes that aren't associated with a Salesforce opportunity. I'm in Dooly a lot so I'd like to be able to keep track of notes to self/ to-do lists/ notes to organize my pipeline without syncing to SFDC. Would like to be able to share these notes with my colleagues as well. Other than that, I love it! What problems are you solving with the ...
