Saves me a tone of time as an SDR!

What do you like best? I use this every morning to help dedupe and speed up edits to my leads in Salesforce. this process used to sap 30mins to an hour of my day, now it takes me less than 15 mins. What do you dislike? When I started using it, it took me awhile to get the hang of it, but I noticed now they have pointer messages to walk you through the product which has helped me learn more of the functionality! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

How notetaking in Salesforce *should* work

What do you like best? Taking notes in SF is a chore. But Dooly makes it easy and just works intuitively. No manual or SOP needed. What do you dislike? Navigating from account to account to account within Dooly can be a bit cumbersome sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making notes is easy, and now so is updating them. It's very easy to bring up the whole history of notes on any given SF account, new or old.

A Necessary Tool for Managing 50+ Opps at a time in Salesforce

What do you like best? At any given time, I am working with 50-100 opportunities and it's not efficient to update all of the necessary fields by accessing each opp in Salesforce. Instead, I keep Dooly open on one screen at all times and enter my sales updates as I go from one central location without having to click in and out of opps. Moreover, it's super easy to use and I can customize my own view. What do you dislike? Sometimes it doesn't pull all of the fields in from ...

So much easier to keep on top of deals!

What do you like best? Dooly is like having Evernote that syncs with Salesforce. Given the number of activities logged against our opportunity and contact records, it's much easier to have all of my notes in a single, easy to use place while automatically pushing the to the Salesforce record. Updating Salesforce fields was a huge hassle given the number of fields we have on our records. We also often have data collision issues due to other systems updating the record in the ...

Time Saver, Plain and Simple

What do you like best? Dooly simply makes me better at my job. I'm more efficient, and I'm enabled to leave more detailed information, with less hassle or frustration. What do you dislike? The sync time between Dooly and SFDC seems to be longer than you'd expect on occasion. There are small nuanced issues that come up from time to time, as I begin to build out my own 'way of doing things', within Dooly. None are critical. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Easy and Useful ... a tool I couldn't do without

What do you like best? - The fields you can pull from SalesForce (and really the entire Salesforce integration capabilities) - the templates I can create personally, but also for my team - how easy it is to review previous notes and those of others. I recommended Dooly to my previous companies literally after one day of using it at my current company. What do you dislike? Sometimes the pop up for the bullet points, contact, text manipulation etc, does not seem to ...

One of the best tools I have ever used.

What do you like best? It's seamless. It makes my life easier and I don't have to worry about duplicating my work - it does everything for me. It's like it can read my mind. What do you dislike? Nothing. Literally nothing. Looking forward to seeing more integrations :) Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are someone who has multiple different systems that need to be updated after a call (with notes or tasks etc) and find this can take time out of your ...

Best note taking app I've ever used!

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to connect to my open Salesforce opportunities and sync notes after the call. Also allows me to see a running list of notes from previous meetings every time I jump on a call - this makes it even easier to collaborate. What do you dislike? Not much I can say that I dislike. Sometimes the formatting can get a little wonky between headers and subtext but thats a minor thing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it! ...

Account Executive

What do you like best? I used Dooly for work and it is great because as you type competitors it will bring up previous notes I put on other accounts. What do you dislike? The different browser and wish this would just get add-in Salesforce as I am reviewing an account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saving notes and taking notes for all my calls
