"Do you want to spend less time updating your pipeline?"
What do you like best about Dooly? I have always disliked updating my pipeline in Salesforce. It is clunky and slow. I can't imagine how much time I lost prior to using Dooly. While I still do not love updating pipeline it is much easier now and my manager is much happier with me. What do you dislike about Dooly? I did not use it for a while. I went to the tutorial but wasn't sold on how much easier it would make my life and I continued to use Salesforce. Thankfully I eventually took the ...

"Amazing tool for keeping myself organized"
What do you like best about Dooly? I like dooly because it helps me stay organized with my pipeline. I rarely look at salesforce because Dooly keeps it all organized for me in one space so I know exactly where all of my deals are in the pipeline and what my next steps are/biggest holes in every deal. What do you dislike about Dooly? There's nothing I don't like about it. The UI is very simple and intuitive to understand. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? It ...

"Dooly Rocks!!"
What do you like best about Dooly? Creating custom templates and then linking them to Salesforce. I love the new LinkedIn link for the contacts associated with the call I'm on. What do you dislike about Dooly? I don't really have a dislike. All the features I use Dooly for make sense. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem Dooly solves for me is the organization of the notes and the things associated to the customer I work with .

"Great tool to have your notes sync with sales force. Easy to search and keep organized."
What do you like best about Dooly? I can see where I am at in the sales cycle. Ability to be able to sync the information into CRM real-time. I also enjoy the gong widget that will take me straight to the call What do you dislike about Dooly? Maybe I'm being a bit too picky here, but I think maybe a better, more modernized look. But again, I am very particular here. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? I can take notes that I can quickly come back to. It also gives ...

"The Pipeline View is a game changer"
What do you like best about Dooly? Keeping track of Opps in SFDC is rather complicated. Scrolling down through each page in there is just inconvenient. With Dooly's Pipeline section I can look at all my open Opps at once! And the interface is just so much simpler and nicer. What do you dislike about Dooly? I wish it had more/more customizable widgets for the Home page. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Been using the tool for about 8 months and it saves me a lot ...

"Enjoying Dooly"
What do you like best about Dooly? I like the fact that all my Opportunities / Accounts are on One screen and that makes it super easy to maintain a healthy pipeline. I have used Salesforce all my life, however, Dooly is handier when it comes to pipeline management. What do you dislike about Dooly? I would like to see some Colored Stars function, that will allow me to categorize my clients based on Priority levels. Like 5 Green starts for an opportunity that is moving really well,,, versus ...

"Fantastic time-saver cross posting information to Salesforce without accessing SF"
What do you like best about Dooly? I love how I don't have to go to Salesforce to add account information that is easily accessible to all my peers. Salesforce navigation is a nightmare, and Dooly is nice and lightweight. I love the integration with: 1) Google Calendar: so with a click of a button, I can add notes related to account calls and associate it to the right people as well as it imports attendees. 2) Slack (so team members can read notes relevant to them by using the @ ...

"An essential platform for sales teams"
What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly makes it extremely easy to connect customer call notes to CRM account records. This improves data hygiene and ensures that account records are accurate and up-to-date. What do you dislike about Dooly? It doesn't seem to have spell-check and doesn't always catch common spelling errors. Recommendations to others considering Dooly: Sync your notes to the CRM account/company record rather than the contact record so that it makes it easier to see the ...
