"Better than working in SFDC!"

What do you like best about Dooly? As a sales rep, Dooly makes it extremely easy to update my pipeline quickly. Typically this is a total pain in SFDC since you have to update your opportunities one by one. Deal review with my manager is also easier for the same reason. What do you dislike about Dooly? I think this is more of a SFDC setup error on our part, but there are times when Dooly won't let me update my opportunities because we have logic that will prevent moving to the next stage ...

"Huge time saver for high velocity sales"

What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly has been a huge time saver me! Before Dooly, keeping accounts up to date in Salesforce was a huge hassel. Field had to be updated independently and I have to navigate from account to account. Dooly makes it super easy to instantly update Salesforce fields for multiple accounts at once in as few clicks as possible. The ease of use has actually translated to more detailed notes and more success on deals. I'm not forgetting to update accounts/opps ...

What do you like best about Dooly? I like how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce making my life easy What do you dislike about Dooly? I think the sync. to SF can be a bit slow at times, but I am pretty sure it's because of the way we setup the integration and now becaus eof Dooly What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Dooly? It takes all the pain out of mundane salesforce reporting. seamlessley integrates into workflow and makes it easy to use in all instances every day What do you dislike about Dooly? What do you like best about Dooly? I love the templates, saves me a lot of time when writing a recap. My favorite is the ability to watch the Gong call. What do you dislike about Dooly? The UI is a little bit all over the place but they are working on it What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Dooly allows me to write my recaps very quickly , just one click from the invite

"SFDC Turbo"

What do you like best about Dooly? It's so great and enables me to manage my pipeline + notes in a single pane of glass. Interface is useful and saves me a lot of time updating my notes and the metadata fields. What do you dislike about Dooly? If only it has a mobile app. I'm not sure if there's not enough demand but so often do we front line staff need to do our work while on the go. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales admin stuff.

"Easiest way to share notes"

What do you like best about Dooly? Compounding notes that are easy to share across teams and the auto updates in Salesforce - saves me TONS of admin work! What do you dislike about Dooly? Nothing! Think there should have been a call to teach all my users how to use it because it required a lot of internal training to make sure we were all using the same way What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Data integrity and information communication

What do you like best about Dooly? You can make any instant updates on timelines and notes without opening tabs to access each lead/opportunity What do you dislike about Dooly? You dont have the option for an undo button if a mistake is made in the notes What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Just saving a lot of time
