What do you dislike about DonorSearch? It can be difficult to search by address if the address isn't tied to a gift. "Easy to Export and Import Data back into Database"

What do you like best about DonorSearch? DS makes it easy by providing export templates for us so we know what information is going to yield the very best results. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? We have to convert the import files from .txt to .cvs. but it only takes a few extra minutes and then the results are good to go and can be imported into our database (RE7). What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using this information to for donor research.
