What do you like best about DonorSearch? I like that it is integrated with NXT to allow for quick and easy research. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? I wish corporations and foundations could be reviewed as easily as individuals. What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to uncover giving potential and informs request levels.

What do you like best about DonorSearch? I like that it will integrate research data with Salesforce and is able to find the best prospects if you give it a lot of data to search through. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? If you already know who your biggest prospects are, it may not be able to help you find someone who is capable of giving less than $10K, even though that person could be a great prospect. PROS: We appreciate the new features, especially the prospect generator. We also love the marketing list. CONS: Nothing. It works really well for us.

PROS: DonorSearch values its customer's feedback and improves its product accordingly. It is the best prospect research software on the market. Compared with its competitors, it includes several factors in prospect screening, thereby returning more accurate results. We love the RFM ratings and the exhaustive database. Top-notch research software

PROS: DonorSearch has the best support team and a great dataset. It has also improved my working relationship with clients and consultants. The product continues to become better with every update. CONS: Nothing. We are very satisfied users of DonorSearch.

DonorSearch has many great features

PROS: It is easy to get started with and transition into using this software. It is equipped with search capabilities that we didn't have before and it works well with our other existing tools. Lastly, it comes with an excellent support service. CONS: It is quite challenging to find the donors when only little and minor information is available to you.

Excellent product and support service

PROS: DonorSearch provides us with all the data that we need for fundraising. Without this software, it would have taken us a very long time to collect ourselves. CONS: The software's search capabilities should be improved for easier use when finding a specific address. Additional data about address history would also be useful. Our previous solution provides us with this data. However, DonorSearch is still a more cost-efficient choice.
