What do you like best about DonorSearch? I am new to DonorSearch, but in just 45 minutes, Steve went over the basics and explained how to access self-directed webinars and trainings. What do you like best about DonorSearch? I love that DonorSearch offers short video tutrials to help answer many questions. The customer services provided by Steve F has been incredible and extremely helpful. The progream is very easy to use, and user friendly. My team is able to log on and use it on a weekly basis if not more to better our fundraising goals. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? What do you like best about DonorSearch? The accurate data allows me to identify capacity and giving propensity. The customer support is excellent. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? Sometime difficult to identify donations to other organizations and where directed. What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? Donor capacity and propensity.

What do you like best about DonorSearch? The fact that donor search is integrated with my CRM helps me prioritize the individuals and methods of follow-up. The extensive data availabile on the DonorSearch platform gives me the additional data points that are helpful in planning donor visits and messaging. What do you dislike about DonorSearch?
