What do you like best about DonorSearch? I like how is compiles so much additional informaton on our supporters which has helped us create new talking points depending on who we are speaking with. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? Not a downside, but it took me numerous tutorials to learn how to maximize all the data. What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? "User friendly and easy to use"

What do you like best about DonorSearch? It was so easy to use and very user friendly! Havinving a client success contact person so also so helpful and made everything so easy. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? I have not found a downside yet. So far it is meeting our needs. What problems is DonorSearch solving and how is that benefiting you? It have helped us get a better picture of our donors and better statigze fund raising.

Wealth assessment, Estate, Donations to other orgs, businesses, easy to use most features, customer support is so patient, unable to 'frequency of use' as we would like due to our own internal operational demand. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? Data uploads, duplicating data entry from one database into your database, having a direct import tool would be helpful. not requiring so many fields to generate information. consider that not all CRM ...

The 'Help' page has a ton of useful resrouces. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? What do you like best about DonorSearch? I am new to DonorSearch, but in just 45 minutes, Steve went over the basics and explained how to access self-directed webinars and trainings. What do you like best about DonorSearch? I love that DonorSearch offers short video tutrials to help answer many questions. The customer services provided by Steve F has been incredible and extremely helpful. The progream is very easy to use, and user friendly. My team is able to log on and use it on a weekly basis if not more to better our fundraising goals. What do you dislike about DonorSearch? I think a person can get lost with so many ways to use DonorSearch and having a specific task ...
