Always there to support
Every single time I reach out for support or with a question, the DonorPerfect team jumps in to help and quickly respond. If they don't have an answer right away, the work on getting you an answer as quickly as possible. They also continue to upgrade to meet needs for fundraisers like having immediate thank you letters/emails for each gift easily mail merged.

Donor perfect support is stellar
Donor perfect support is stellar. They are always super fast in responding via chat and phone and they are always knowledgeable and able to clear explain the step by step process of what I need to accomplish. They are also polite and friendly--I know I am speaking to a real human being and that is encouraging when you don't know what the heck you're doing and in need of some hand holding.

One Year In...
I've been using DonorPerfect for almost a year now and have enjoyed the product and process thoroughly. Having used another fundraising platform prior, I have found DonorPerfect to be far superior in ease of use and results. Data entry and management is straightforward and mail merging is a much simpler process than I was using before. The spreadsheets I generate are exactly what I need and customizable when called for. For our small non-profit, DonorPerfect is well, perfect!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that the software allows us to search for donations from the past. You may find this ability insignificant from the start, but you’ll appreciate it when you have to look for critical donor data in the future.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? DonorPerfect is a great solution to manage donor’s data, gifts, and others. Having the ability to use and access the software from any device is a good thing. The webinars, tutorials, and training videos are very helpful.

Terrific customer service
I mostly recommend DP to my contacts because of their great customer service. Whether by phone or chat, I have had only great service and my questions are always answered.Their in-person workshops are also hugely helpful.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? DonorPerfect has a team of experts who are always ready to assist. The training staff is hands-on when it comes to providing solutions to our problems. Its sales department is very professional and knowledgeable about the facets that could positively impact our organization. Lastly, its data conversion team has a high level of expertise in handling and transferring data.
