"Simple and effective tool - Clean UI / UX + amazing team!"

What do you like best about DoneDone? - Clean UI / UX - it`s really very easy to use this tool. I have tested many other tools full of features but they were so complex to use that the team asked to replace it. -amazing team/support - they care about customers and listen to our feedback. They are also honest to explain when they don`t have a feature. What do you dislike about DoneDone? Not much here to say. The team is improving the tool on a solid step, and I am pretty sure it will attend ...

"Easy task and project management"

What do you like best about DoneDone? I like that you can quickly find all tasks assigned to you under the My Tasks tab. Also, the task cards layout is very logical and its easy to see communication threads between different memebers working on a specific item. I prefer the layout on DoneDone to many other task management applications. Its not as powerful as all of them but to track simple client requests it works well! What do you dislike about DoneDone? It's a little hard to find my tasks ...

"We are using done-done for more than 3 years"

What do you like best about DoneDone? We have been using done-done for over three years and are pretty happy with its workflows and ease of use. We are an SEO and Digital Marketing agency, so we value the ease of design and how simple and intuitive the tool's interface is. We recommended the tool to our friends. "Easy inboxes DoneDone for you"

What do you like best about DoneDone? Clean UI, simple and easy to use, refreshing, and manages many aspects of a task or customer lifecycle in a single place as long as it is based on email. Really made it much more capable to manage multiple business emails from one site. What do you dislike about DoneDone? I had a few issues setting it up with some more advanced mail servers such as those needing encryption options, like ProtonMail, but that was quickly resolved or an alternative was ...

"quick, effective and easy to use"

What do you like best about DoneDone? Works instantly, labels are very helpful, and lining tickets is really easy, I mostly create new tickets by linking to a new ticket. What do you dislike about DoneDone? I would prefer to have more statuses but I think that might be managed on Admin level just haven't checked internally. What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you? Technical bugs, issues, new projects and features, upgrades, design projects, and more.

"Great Program"

What do you like best about DoneDone? ease of setup, simple, straightforward. Keeps good track of our issues. What do you dislike about DoneDone? It used to be a lot easier to change status on items. Changes were made to the programming so instead of closing an issue and it fell to bottom so you could see old issues, the sort is no longer as good as it originallly was. What problems is DoneDone solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it for issue tracking across our small business. ...
