Great analytics and visualization tool, difficult implementation process.

What do you like best? Once your data is built, and in the system, the visualization and reporting possibilities are nearly endless. We use Domo as our primary marketing analytics dashboard and whenever my CMO requests a different view or report, rarely can I not achieve that is requested with Domo. Excellent for unifying disparate data sources

What do you like best? DOMO has many great features, but one thing I especially appreciate is the ability to (quite easily join data sets. When working with multiple systems for data input, DOMO makes it simple to unify on a unique field and have that master data set to build upon for visualizations. What do you like best? Executive Dashboard that once you start connecting is really amazing. The connectors are really the selling point and a really solid piece of software. It's easy to connect even Google Analytics to SAP. Even advanced analytic with the cards is relatively simple. I love how i can pivot the data any which way i would like. Great drill down product!

What do you like best? I like the easy to read graphs with the ability to create the dashboards and reports that are meaningful for our team. We use call dispositioning and we found that some users were using the wrong disposition and it was easily displayed in a Domo report. We were able to drill down into the report and see in a bar graph, with different colors, the data we needed. Ease of use and the wide range of reports at our fingertips. What do you dislike? Great Platform For Beginning BI Exploration

What do you like best? The system is extremely flexible from a transformation perspective and has a ton of prebuilt connectors to utilize. For heavy Salesforce shops, their connector is solid and can help accomplish furthering any type of Salesforce reporting. Their transformation layer, MAGIC ETL, is outstanding as well. Efficient but not always reasonable tool

What do you like best? This has been a very efficient way for the SEM, SEO and display teams to organize their data in a way that is client facing. What do you dislike? Occasionally automated reports wouldn't work (be it because of Domo or the system sending the report and there was no way to know that the data was missing. What do you like best? I like that you can build cards specific to all your needs. If you need to show something financial you can break down a large number into several smaller cards that show the exact make up of the number without having to search around or pull up multiple sources of info. What do you like best? I love the simplicity in creating cards and actively editing datasets for cards with beastmodes. As well the more involved tasks of creating dataflows and ETLs with Magic. Domo is great because with all of it's tools it provides a complete experience for every level of user. What do you dislike? I VERY MUCH dislike the user levels.
