What do you like best? One Click Indexing and Intelligent Indexing. What do you dislike? Occasional system hiccups when uploading large sets of files. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to index much more quickly, and with several checks built in to DocuWare, such as how One-Click indexing prevents transcription errors on long alpha-numeric strings.

We've used docuware for 3-4 years, Great product.

What do you like best? customization and great support during our implementation process. What do you dislike? Some tasks are constantly changing location/ how they are done with updates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Well worth a try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have almost eliminated paper invoices and saved time and money storing documents virtually.

Makes my life easier

What do you like best? DocuWare gives me quick access to look up a student's record. I can answer either a graduation verification or an alumni question on graduation date or whether or not I have an immunization in SECONDS. This product makes me work smarter not harder. What do you dislike? My cons are very user-based. I don't like the scrolling capability in the search results and wish I could more easily see the doucments in a file (like blow up the thumbnails). Easy to use, great customer service

What do you like best? User friendly, easy to store documents including emails stored directly from Outlook with attachments, and easy to retrieve and view documents. Excellent customer service. DocuWare is very user friendly and flexible.

What do you like best? The ease of navigation and accessing the documents. What do you dislike? Cost but the benefits that DocuWare gives you offsets that cost on our savings. What do you like best? I love that it is web-based, so I can now store things either from work, or when working remotely at home. What do you dislike?
