What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the DocuWare system in general. I like the increased visibility of documents for the users who need them and the improved security for protecting documents from users who shouldn't see them. Docuware - It is great if you can manage it!
What do you like best? It's easy to use for document storage, retrieval, and such. I like it much more than Fortis, which is the old program we converted from. I use scan, document trays, and import. It's easy to edit the index labels on a bunch of documents at once, which I love! What do you dislike? The system is complicated, not to mention expensive, if you want to use it for anything beyond the basics. It requires quite a bit of configuring if you'd like to use any of the additional ...

good for document management, but struggling with integration to Epicor
What do you like best? lots of features, and easy to search. The concept of smart connect is good What do you dislike? integration with our ERP system has not yet worked. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? in the process of getting rid of paper flow, where we end up having duplicate orders on the floor.
