What do you like best? We use docuware as a simple workflow management system as well as a paperless system. My favorite part is being able to search via full text. This allows documents to be found in the event a search field was typed incorrectly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the system will lock up if a user works a little too fast for it. Docuware Does Digital Storage!

What do you like best? I love that I don't always have papers flying everywhere. I can keep hard copies of files if I choose but with Docuware, I don't need to do that anymore. Having the ability to notate the PDF files is super helpful since we can't always write on the physical document itself.
