These guys took $120 off me I was on the free deal, so smart so wrong, I would say don't use it Google has better and they will not auto upgrade you

Couldn't wait to cancel my contract
I hated my entire time with Docusign. They charged our account without asking, overcharged through and through, had terrible payment tiers, and would charge you credits for envelopes even when the envelope had a bug... Now that I am gone they keep spamming my email account.

Epensive, unathorized billings, v. poor customer support
It is a broken record review. Unauthorized billing. Find another vender with half decent business practices. Customer service is laughable. They refuse to escalate anything or transfer you to a manger in the US or Canada for that matter. My service agent was difficult to understand due to the roosters crowing.
