No way to contact support - refunds are IMPOSSIBLE

Cancelling your subscription is SUPER hard, contacting support is impossible, as all support links go to broken web pages. So I can't get a refund because their refund policy is to contact support! What a farce. Take your paying users seriously and maybe Docusign wouldn't have so many bad reviews from what should be a simple subscription & product.

DocuSign wants to change $299.00 to sign forms on line 👎👎👎

Just a consumer with a accident case after 3 free signatures you can not sign anymore documents without purchasing a minimum $299.00 plan!! BS! For now on I be sure to use USPS mail service. I will make sure to tell anyone that wants to do business with me " I do not use DocuSign anymore".

wrongful billing predatory

I was never notified of the charging per document amount or the change in pricing I have been paying 48 dollars for 2 years now you are way over charging me without notifying me of a change in pricing I will be filing a complaint against your company with the BBB and the FTC. I am sorry but I have been trying to identify myself with a Belgian card for about a week, trying for about 10 times. I always get the same error, that my id is expired or unrecognised or it is not corresponding to something.

DocuSign Stress Eating

The Documents in Doc U Sign have a short life span. Trying to send them by email as an attachment to my spouse for printing caused stress. I encountered issues just downloading a simple, printable format that is viewable and printable to the recipient. I never figured it out after 3 hours working together with my husband and eating two cupcakes, a slice of carrot cake, and a chocolate coconut nest for comfort food. I'm signing an employment contract with this tool. My employer sent me some link which i clicked, I got to the contract, signed, and then the last step was to verify my ID with IDnow. What a terrible unprofessional company. The operator typically hangs up after taking the call. On the third time the operator actually spoke to me and told me they only support Germany. Please do not use!!!

Again same as below, been using these for 7 months. 4 months in they doubled my monthly bill. Customer service is shocking they refuse to refund and keep closing your case. Honestly please for the love and money use another company. I’ve just had a baby and being self employed finances are tight and now they have taken over £200.00 more than they are meant to. Horrible company! Trying to cancel contract currently.

I'm trying to close my account and it is a sickening process. Delibertly designed to be circular, confusing & demoralising.
