Opaque features and pricing
Opaque features and pricing. Really feels like you're dealing with antiquated software. They're constantly sending emails with broken links. Ironically, even the email asking to leave a review had ~5 broken links in it.

100 document limit is ridiculous
Signed up for a Pro plan at $480/year. It's 5 months in, and we have hit the 100 envelope max. They want ANOTHER $480 to add more envelopes. This is equivalent to Microsoft telling me I can only make 100 spreadsheets in Excel or documents in Word. $4.80 per e-signature is highway robbery. SO INTENSELY DISSATISFIED!!!! Can't believe I have to now go re-create all my document templates in a competitor. SO ANNOYING!!!!! This is absolutely predatory SaaS pricing.

Very bad support team.
Signature workflow is ok however your support team is inefficient and unprofessional. I used to love docusign and now that the support team clearly show they didnt care i will leave docusign with a sour memory. I first went in circle with your "ai" bot until they put me in touch with an agent that couldnt care less. Answering half of the questions + answers were not helpful. They were also VERY slow. My CPA uses DocuSign and the…
My CPA uses DocuSign and the verification process that DocuSign uses has created an impossible process because it grabbed some information from me and some information from someone else. I don’t have a common name so this is bizarre. Costumer (non) service can’t do anything nor can they pass me on to anyone who can. I was not alone in this as the CPA had this happen before. So basically, if you are planning on using this with a verification process-DON’T!

It is totally worthless
It is totally worthless, an attorney tried twice to send me a Docusign and it took 2 hours to arrive and the 2nd try never did show up. the one that was 2 hours late was also 2 hours after we did the old print, sign, scan back in and send back style because we thought we had no other choice. There are literally 1000's of complaints online about Docusign email that are sent and are never heard from again, not even a spam folder search turns them up. This a joke company that should be ...

I signed up with DocuSign 2 weeks ago. I speak English. My DocuSign account doesn't. I don't know what it speaks but I cannot use it. And I cannot use the solutions proposed by its bot responses because I can't read the home page!

Terrible customer service non existent . No E nail address and Sll calls are outsourced to people not trained in billing or refunds . Beware . It’s also gotten expensive .
