Docusign is the easiest scam device ever. Anyone can sign a document electronically and I can prove 100% that this can be done. It is easy-but completely unsecure. Just make a ghost e-mail in a spouse name and sign away.

Do not under any circumstances trust these people . Over the last month I have been received two Docusign documents sent by other people for me to sign . The first was regarding my mothers stay at a care home . As power of attorney over my mothers health I had to sign . The document was impossible to understand and whilst I was trying to sign my mothers signature suddenly appeared out of nowhere. ..we have the same initials ... and they forged her signature. ...my mother has dementia. Scam company

Scam company. Upgraded licence and user , paid up front. 2 weeks charged me again. Ronny their sales rep was incredibly abusive on a recorded call. How does a company behave like this?

Absolutely Frustrating

Absolutely Frustrating. So much information on the screen with NONE of it really necessary. VERY difficult to navigate through their “Improved upgrades”. Who are they consulting?? Cannot imagine anyone would be happy with the changes they have made. If you’re going to make it difficult for your Clients… then, you better have an Emergency Hotline (which, of course they don’t).

Day light robbery

Day light robbery, stay away! Even after cancelling the subscription they kept on charging and by the time i realised it has been many months and requested a refund but they refunded only for 2 months. Now again after agreeing to cancel few months ago they kept on charging again. Fraudulent company.

Customer service poor

This company is impossible to contact to resolve an issue.

I don't recommend

My first impression of this service is extremely bad. I thought they value high quality and customer satisfaction, but the way the consultant treated me during the signing process clearly showed that they don't care. Also, I wrote to support for assistance (also with a question on where I can submit a complaint regarding this consultant) and they are ignoring me. A huge NO. I'd prefer to wait until the document arrives to me via post than to deal with these people. I discourage everyone ...

Even though we pay for the unlimited…

Even though we pay for the unlimited access they continually send threats from Mark Bennett cian walsh about potentially closing our account when I've sent them full proof our account has unlimited access.

Scamers

If you decide to do the automatic annual review (don't) they'll automatically charge you a year later with no prior notice with hefty increase. The cancelation process is ridiculously complicated and they'll try telling you they won't give you a refund if you're on automatic renewal.
