Paid $480 for 100 envelopes

Paid $480 for 100 envelopes. During testing of the product, I sent myself the contract (for my business) 31 times, making adjustments as I went along to make sure the contract my customer received was accurate and professional. I had NO idea the tests I was sending to myself counted against my threshold. I called customer service, their best suggestion was to order more for an additional $357. They only credited me 3 envelopes. I will find another company.

Ethically disappointing company policies on refunds

Not a great piece of software, although general quite usable and does the job. What I do find unpalatable is their ethical stance, I was not able to request a refund after the renewal of my annual subscription, not even 1 day after the renewal. I've subscribed to plenty of other services that are happy to offer a refund, so quite disappointed with Docusign.

Corporate wrongfully upgraded our account

Corporate team wrongfully upgraded our individual account and when I was finally able to contact someone, they treated us very poorly. They have not issued a refund for upgrading our account and is bullying us into keeping it even though we pay $400/annually for the individual account and charged us $3,900/annually for the corporate account. Extremely unethical company and TERRIBLE customer service!!! The VP of Canada Richard Azevedo is just as bad as the account executives, he doesn't want ...

IMPOSSIBLE to request a refund…

Absolutely HORRIFIC to request a refund for having my account billed every month. They purposefully make it difficult to cancel. They DELAY the process as long as possible with a video, complex login, causing huge amounts of unnecessary stress whilst taking all of your money. DISGUSTING.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Someone sent me a document through Docusign. I could not verify that i am the correct recipient because Docusign has confused me with someone else and my answers to the security questions do not match whatever info they think applies to me. Three different reps have told me they don't have access to my document. Well, duh! It is a confidential document! Apparently, they can't understand that my issue is with their incorrect verification data. Useless!

AVOID - no customer service after sign up

A couple years ago they modified their plans of service and limited the amount of envelopes to 100 per year. We reviewed other plans on their website however not a single customer service rep could assist with the transition to a new plan. Never a supervisor to talk too. We have decided to move our document needs to pandadoc because they have better customer service and plans to fit our needs. AVOID DOCUSIGN - once they have your money you will NEVER get service from them.

Worst customer support ever

Worst customer support ever. Don't use it! We got a contract for a year of 500 envelopes, after a year we realized we only would need 150 so we asked to reduce the amount and the CS team said No. That company policy didn't allow a contraction plan and they had to increase my charge by 10%.

Misleading Charges

Was charged for a subsciption plan which i never signed up for. Upon cancelling subscription, was told they won't be refunding the amount charged which i believe is unethical and misleading behaviour. Would like to warn other small business owner to be cautious before signing up. Additionally, they have poor customer service and only can be contaced via email. Extremely worrying these big business can get away scot free

Docusign offers only very poor email support

Docusign offers only email support, and different agents handle each email response but they do not take the time to read the email trail. I have gone back and forth more than 15 times to get a billing issue resolved and they continue to go back to step one, which is a canned email that says they hope I'm happy and are closing the case. This is really a horrible experience for what is a mediocre product.
