Unacceptable service

After buying, they sent confirmation, not paid invoice. Neither settings nor orders list on your profile. As anwer, the support team send you copy of their support pages. Finally called me then they cut the line. Sorry to be client.

I closed my account 1 year ago

I closed my account 1 year ago, by yesterday they took £240 out of my account. Staggeringly after 45 mins on the phone, I was told that I had to wait for accounts to authorise my refund! Looking at the other reviews, it appears they do this quite a lot. It’s plain theft!

Avoid Docusign at all cost!

DocuSign encourages customers to purchase an annual plan instead of a monthly one by offering a cheaper rate. When I requested to reduce the number of seats at the renewal date, they still charged me the higher amount. After waiting 10 days, I contacted customer service, only to be told that there was no way to get a refund for the overcharge. They assured me that next year, I would be charged for the lower number of seats I requested. This feels like daylight robbery! It's like going to a ...

Fraudulent business practices

Docusign is guilty of fraudulent business practices. First, they blocked my account after their payment processor failed to process my credit card payment (even though my card is fully functional). Then when I added my PayPal account yesterday, Docusign charged me twice for June and July (even though they had blocked my account following the failed payment). Even today, the account still says that I'm blocked and that the payment has failed. Their support team has failed to process a refund ...

Useless and rude service

Useless and rude service. I had my identity checked a couple of months ago and now they ask again. So, I have started it the process and was connected to an employee but during the process she cut me off. In the second attempt I could't hear the person and he cut me off. In the third attempt, while I was complaining about what happened and the waiste of time, as I have been thought this process already, he just cut me off. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessialism!

Insecurity, incompetence, and no support

We used Docusign for our business and had two accounts: a main one, and one for an employee to manage. Creating a second login for someone in your company doubles your annual fee, which seems excessive, but that one is on me. When the employee left the company, I set the second account not to renew automatically. I later got an email saying that at the end of our term, our account would be deleted. I sent a message to support making sure that it was only the second account that I wanted to ...

I have 1 document to sign from my…

I have 1 document to sign from my solicitor. The application refuses to verify my identity even after several trials. My identification papers are valid. I had asked for help from customer support and they told me to contact the solicitor and close my case. The solicitor tried getting help from customer support. We tried again today, my document is still not signed because the application refuses to verify my identification papers. I am having issues getting to customer support. I now have ...

The worst document storage app

I've signed many documents on Docusign, but all the old links go stale so you can't get to them. When you sign in, there is no way to access all the documents I signed. One of the main purposes is supposed to be document storage, but they completely fail at that. There is also no way to give them feedback.
