Trying to cancel is next to impossible

They’ve been sending me relatively aggressive renewal notices that imply I’m delinquent on payments. This is for a personal account that I set up. I have a business account as well, so no longer need the personal one. And guess how hard it is to get online help!!! Try telling them that you just don’t need it any more, virtually impossible. Just FAQ’s, none of which are relevant. Sucks.

Getting spam from their marketing team in a language I don't use

Getting spam from their marketing team, several times a year. Telling me that I should switch my entire organization to DocuSign. Oddly that spam is in Simplified Chinese (my profile is set to English) and had a local reseller where I reside (Taiwan) in copy... Oh and in Taiwan the script used is Traditional Chinese...

Business plans are a sham

Their business plans are a sham. There is no publicly displayed information for the different business plans. Their salespeople seem to make up the pricing as they go. They were unwilling to tell us the per-envelope cost. Additionally, when we had to renew, we were initially offered a discount/credit and then our Renewal Specialist Bruna Soares reneged on that with very little clarity. Being able to sign official papers electronically from any location is a revolution. Most horrendous service on the planet when it comes to digital signatures. If you are a business or person who needs to send documents to your clients to sign stay away. They limit you per year even if you are on their top tier plan to 100 per year(not per month PER YEAR) and guess what lord and behold they dont mention it anywhere when you sign up.
