Nothing works

Nothing works. The app asks you to sign on a desktop, on desktop you have to download a programme. The programme needs an extension. And after all that, there's simply a bug that requests contacting their customer service. Horrible.

Signed up for unlimited envelopes for a…

Signed up for unlimited envelopes for a year. Their “unlimited” plan apparently is only 200 envelopes…so false advertising and should be sued. Also, they would not refund the transaction even tho I closed my account & didn’t use any of the envelopes from an almost $1000 charge. They aren’t worth the hype whatsoever.

Their commercial practices are lame and…

Their commercial practices are lame and unprofessional. We decided to stop with them because it's too costly (even without the possibility of using webhooks or other technical features) and asked them the possibility to transfer all the documents in one time, guess what? You've to pay around 2k€ with their special solution called retrieve. Happy to stop with them, what a shame of a product and renewal team.

Deceitful fraudsters-- misrepresented their product

Fraudsters -- They sold us a package for £1850 and during the training we were advised that the system does not actually support advanced electronic signature on webform/powerform. That was initially what we had discussed as a requirement. Even the technical guy initially said it works but then had to call me back to say no it does not work. Requested a refund and the sales team/account contact says you agreed based on the demo.. we will escalate this matter to ombudsman so you cannot ...

Account access failure after purchase

Account access failure after purchase. I purchased an account and wasn't able to access it. Support didn't responded. Do not recommend this tool if you want to run your business effectively.

Not transparent about services

Not transparent about services, free version is horrible and almost unusable. They include a watermark that makes your signature unusable and deleting your account is like pulling teeth. No live support unless you can go through ten hoops with an administrator you don't have

Only 1 star because zero stars isn’t an…

Only 1 star because zero stars isn’t an option. Before renewal I reduced my subscription from 2 to 1 seat. Upon renewal I was still charged for 2. I’m on the 4th support case because they close the support case due to no response even though they are not waiting for a response, still waiting for a refund…. I won’t be renewing again, there must be better options.

DocuSign software has gone from good to…

DocuSign software has gone from good to worst. Before presenting you the document to sign, it first collects your name, address, as #, birthdate, etc., which it understood. However, it will then present you will about two pages of wierd questions - 5 to 7 of addresses and another 5 to 7 of cars, and some other weird questions. Clunky

Bugy, old-school, slow, clunky system. When you buy a subscription, some templates stop working as they were created in the trial... Support loses data sent in the ticket. UX is terrible. This is a great example of how to overengineer and mess up simple functionality. It is not worth the money as it's actually faster and more stable to work on docs and e-mails than this.
