What do you like best about DocuSign? This is the best app that I have used in salesforce for signatures What do you dislike about DocuSign? "User friendly and convenient"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the ease in which we can send out documents for signature. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish that it was easier to access documents as a team, that if I sent I could give access to 1 or 2 team members to also pull document if needed What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us get signatures on documents from employees. We attempt to use it for bulk send as well a couple times a year if needed.

desperate to increase revenues
Overall a great product but they seem desperate to increase revenues. Last week DocuSign tried to bully me into going from $600 per year to $6000. Without any justification. They wanted to force me to pay a mandatory 17% support fee. Considering that in 7 years I have only contacted their support twice I found it ridiculous. Guess what? PandaDoc offers the exact same service without the gimmicky and hidden price increases and we switched to them. I think it was a really bad move on ...
