What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the layout of the website. It is easy to navigate through What do you dislike about DocuSign? The customer account service is not great. When we have questions about invoices, no one responds in a timely manner What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? We had issues with delayed signatures that were needed for contracts. Being able to provide an e-signature process eliminates those delays

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign reduces friction in the deal process and helps close deals faster. Our team loves the features and design of the product, making it easy to learn with minimal training. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Occasionally DocuSign emails are sent to spam, but I'm not sure if this is DocuSigns fault. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy & Great for Business"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of sending an agreement to a single point of contact or multiple shareholders makes DocuSign the optimal platform for sending secure documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There's not much to dislike about the platform. Maybe some functionality about when to add recipients, but that's nit-picky feedback. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Securely sends confidential documents that are required for my business.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It's extremely easy to upload an agreement, mark the fields you want everyone to complete - and just send it to signature. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign is so easy to use and allows for ease of use for signing your own documents. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There is nothing I can say that I do not like about Docusign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? When we have so many agreements and documents that need exeucted, this is so helpful.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Easy to use, distribute, and manage forms requiring electronic information. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Difficult to adjust form field sizes on some documents. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Provides a simple, unified, and managed process for obtaining electronic information that needs to be added to one or more documents.

"Decreased Employee Onboarding Time!"

What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign has significantly decreased our touch times for onboarding employees, especially with the ease of including other employees on the email chain for their awareness. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I wish DocuSign intergrated with our Human Resource Information Systems so we could decrease touch time on paper processing. "DocuSign for the Win"

What do you like best about DocuSign? Using DocuSign eliminates the need to send hard copies via email or other means to gather signatures; it allows for all necessary signatories to be included in the proper order and to receive fully executed copies of the document at hand. I also appreciate the edit option and being able to see who has and has not signed and being able to send reminders. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
