Horrible experience with Docusign…
Horrible experience with Docusign trying to set up a bulk send. Led down a path of a terrible illegible knowledge base file, broken links. The UX sucks. I had to do it manually in the end. Dropbox sign was way easier to use.

Avoid DocuSign
Avoid DocuSign, look for alternative The product is ok, but clumsy interface and the customer service sucks. If you want support via phone, you are sitting 1:30 min on the phone and listen to all options, absolute unorganized. sent three times a request to close our account and still sending reminders to change your payment method, as I cancelled PayPal. Support agent on the phone speaks hardly any English. Slow like molasse. No thanks!

"DocuSign and Room Functionality"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I am able to easily create and share documents with signatories. What do you dislike about DocuSign? It sometimes can be slow and a bit glitchy. But it is improving. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating and sharing documents for signature for my clients. Much easier than my previous document manager.
