Do not give this company your card…
Do not give this company your card details. They will continue to take money from your bank. I have asked them several times to remove my information and banking from their systems. However every month I have to get back in touch and make the same complaint.

Scammers
My first year with DocuSign was great. It was easy to use, and I sent out over 300 envelopes with no issues and at £240 thought it was a good price. However, part way through my 2nd year I started getting on screen messages saying I was about to exceed my envelope limit and then once exceeded, messages saying limit reached. I then get a phone call and they explained to me that the FAQs on the pricing page state there is a maximum of 100 envelopes per year. I looked online at the pricing ...

What do you like best about DocuSign? I think the best thing about DocuSign is that it is accessible anywhere via smart phone, tablet, laptop, and PC. Avoid the free trial
Avoid the free trial, it's impossible to cancel. Followed the cancel account steps except the final page there is meant to be a green button advising 'cancel' but it was 100% not showing at my end. Spent a further 40 mins trying to close account and ended up emailing support team. Given a 2nd star due to the promptness if Customer support in helping my delete my account.
