Terrible password reset mechanism
Terrible password reset mechanism. No matter how many times you go through this process new passwords rarely work in a timely manner. Clear cache, different browsers, it simply keeps happening- reset password again. Still cannot get into the account. Have had to submit tickets on numerous ocassions. Normally this would be end user error with most sites, but this one is very odd and frustrating. We write our password down and copy and paste it out of Notes and it clear the cache and it ...
