"Convenient to get documents signed"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Convenient, Speedy Delivery, Ease of Use, Customizeable What do you dislike about DocuSign? Costly, Setup takes time, emails sent to junk folders What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? DocuSign is consistently working to offer new and improved services. While I've not taken advantage of them (cost and time pressures), they are thinking about the future of technology use and how to adapt to needs.

What do you like best about DocuSign? It not only lets us create envelopes with ease with a lot of options so we can get just the right format for the documents that we seek. It also allows the signing party to sign in a very intuitive way. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The signing fields that it offers have a "floaty feel" to them and it is hard to align them perfectly to the required spaces on the document. "Major Upgrade from Traditional Contracts"
What do you like best about DocuSign? The automated reminders have probably made the biggest difference. Being able to automate these freed up a lot of time with our reps and ensured contracts would be finalized on time. We've also been able to monitor how often contracts are expiring without being signed. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Diabolical theft
Diabolical theft. I didn’t know I had signed into the company. Having found I was contracted in I tried to use them and could not. The system is rubbish. I now find myself trapped with notification of automatic renewal for another year. Having spent almost an hour on the phone to cancel this they sent me an email to verify with an alleged link to click ‘reply’ the document did not have a reply link in the email. forced to use this company by a partner…
forced to use this company by a partner who introduced it to me . i still do not understand why it is necessary and so complex . i needed to sign a documnet today so signed up for free service. The signature is corrupted and help desk bot useless
