This is appalling.
This is appalling. I have been trying for 30 minutes to downgrade my plan. There is NO WAY to cancel!? 1. In the account, there is no option to downgrade. 2. On the help page, I am told to log into my admin account!? I don't have one. At least I am not aware. 3. There is no way to contact customer service via the webpage, and the explainer video there does not play/is not active. 4. Great Application Horrible Business Practice
While the platform itself is great, their subscription is VERY misleading. It is not upfront about how many envelopes you get with each plan and you have to click into the FAQ's to figure that out, which I found out too late. It is very deceitful that they are hiding it and have you sign up because the plan pricing reads that it is unlimited until you sign up unless you actually read the FAQ's. I cannot believe they are charging almost $5 for every envelope sent. I would have NEVER signed ...

Pissed that I have to give one star
Pissed that I have to give one star. EVERY time I use docusign I have a problem. And there's no one to help. My beef is I KNOW that this company doesn't give a damn about what their customers think or want. There are SO MANY things that I could suggest to make this product better. Not only do they not ask for suggestions, they make it impossible to offer suggestions. Heading over to Dotloop

Very poor customer service
I have had a number of terrible experiences with DocuSign. To be clear, I am a business user of DocuSign, have been for years. The companies I work for pay thousands of euro for licenses every year.
