What do you like best? Generate documents automatically with a few clicks What do you dislike? SpringCM info is not pushed to salesforce through regular salesforce fields or objects and its a problem when reporting from salesforce. Does the job!

What do you like best? Easy to use. Love the drag & drop functionality. What do you dislike? Sometimes it seems slow and buggy with issues yet to resolve. I wish there was a drag & drop function from one sub-folder to another sub-folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document management and storage.

SpringCM created a flexible workflow for our contracts which allow multiple validation scenerios in a contract process while still keeping approvals stored in one easy location. Integration with Salesforce has been seamless and we experienced a high adoption rate by our sales team. What do you like best? It is hard to pick just one thing. I love how everything is based off attributes. Allows us to set up numerous alerts so we don't miss key dates. Also love the search function.
