What do you like best about DocuPhase? The Automation of Flow once the Invoice has been Captured and it cycles to the correct distribution avenue, whether it is for billing or compliance. This automation has helped with unneccessary expenses. What do you dislike about DocuPhase? I am unhappy with receiving a voice mailbox as the response when calling the customer service line. What do you like best about DocuPhase? Docupase has been able to streamline our AP processes with ease of use. I like how well it has integrated with our ERP system speeding up the workflow process. What do you like best about DocuPhase? The ability to change and implement a process or form has been a tremendous benefit to us. During the pandemic, this ability is invaluable as it has allowed us to become a remote team very easily. Not only are we able to access records remotely, but we're able to collect signatures and process onboarding paperwork in a virtual environment. Time Saver

What do you like best? We originally started using this for online document storage for our invoices to speed up the Audit process. Later we really started to see the advantages when we implemented automated processes for invoice approval. What do you dislike? The Implementation takes 30 - 60 days so there is a process to get up and running. It's to be expected but the training and time the team took to ensure we were properly set up is worth the wait.
