What do you like best about Docupace? The software works as it should. Some workflows are custom, and still work without issue. What do you dislike about Docupace? All my problems come from projects and implementation. I reconize that my experince may not be what everyone else faces. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Docupace? Docupace offers fast and efficient straight through processing for Financial Services. Once one learns how to use the system it is quick and makes submitting account forms easy and almost error proof, which eliminates NIGOs. What do you like best about Docupace? Tons of information you can store in a record or folder What do you dislike about Docupace? Not very user friendly. Can only have limited storage levels and it's really hard to extract all files. They charge for an extraction. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Docupace? That it always works. I have nothing else to say What do you dislike about Docupace? Where do I begin? THe interface is old, clunky and non-intuitive. I had been promised multiple times That the interface would be changed. In 10 years it never was. Whenever we needed tech support, which admittedly was not that frequent, it was very difficult to get to. It was very hard to move data from Docupace to our CRM. The only thing that's helpful about Docupace that is helpful is that it is SEC approved for document storage and approved by my broker dealer What do you dislike about Docupace?
