"Not perfect, but does the job"

What do you like best about Docupace? It's clearly designed with financial advisors in mind. It allows you to assign one file to my multiple clients, which is great for planning, since often times we search by a client or spouse name. What do you dislike about Docupace? It's not designed for solo reps. For example, every time I create a new client, I have to select my self as "rep", even though I'm literally the only rep in the firm. "Easy access to documents anywhere!"

What do you like best about Docupace? It's great to be able to have access to files anywhere. No more leaving a file you need at the office! It's all available as long as you have an internet connection. What do you dislike about Docupace? The user interface isn't the prettiest. I would also like to have more availability to customize my own settings. As it sits right now, I have to contact Dicupace directly to add an option to a dropdown, which is really unfortunate. "Love this paperless storage system!"

What do you like best about Docupace? I like the search ability of the program. I also like how easy it is to move things between folders should you need to rearrange where things are stored. Everything's is easy to update without ever losing anything. What do you dislike about Docupace? I wish there were more drag and drop capabilities. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? Eliminating paper files!! And provides a much easier way to search files.

"Long time fan"

What do you like best about Docupace? Docupace is easy to teach others. We describe it as walking up to a file cabinet! File the same way you would if it was in paper. What do you dislike about Docupace? The search function could use some updating. And the ability to see more than 10 documents at a time. What do you like best about Docupace? It's a fairly straightforward way to store important documents. The pricing is very reasonable. What do you dislike about Docupace? It can be a bit confusing, with a lot of fields that I'm not quite sure what to do with. Billing can be hard to reach when there's an issue with bills or account information - better to email them than to call. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? "Could be more user friendly"

What do you like best about Docupace? it is great for keeping our office compliant. Once you figure out the system, it is good to use. i appreciate that it allows our office to be paper free. What do you dislike about Docupace? It is not very user friendly or intuitive. I wish that the filing system was always most recent to oldest. I hate having to scroll pages to get to something that I just uploaded. I wish there was training - even vidoe training for best practices. What problems is ...

"Terrible would not recommend"

What do you like best about Docupace? The only thing that's helpful about Docupace that is helpful is that it is SEC approved for document storage and approved by my broker dealer What do you dislike about Docupace?
