What do you like best about Docupace? It is a helpful platform in regards to submitting new applications. It is nice that everything is legible, you can do e-sign, etc. What do you dislike about Docupace? It takes time to learn the platform. But this is true with any new platform. What do you like best about Docupace? All around it is a well rounded program and saves overuse of paper. Its simple interface is easy to use for new comers and has other more advanced features as well for our specialists to use as needed. What do you dislike about Docupace? Docupace could use a few added features ( such as rotating documents to landscape for alternative viewing). There are occasionally glitches and sometimes screen freezing but it is rare. What do you like best about Docupace? Its very efficient and ecofriendly because everything is virtually paperless. Its quick to just attach and send things to coworkers. What do you dislike about Docupace? There are some lags with the system and delays with loading. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? The main thing for me is the simplicity of it. I like being able to access it off my phone or computer especially.

"Easy access to documents anywhere!"

What do you like best about Docupace? It's great to be able to have access to files anywhere. No more leaving a file you need at the office! It's all available as long as you have an internet connection. What do you dislike about Docupace? The user interface isn't the prettiest. I would also like to have more availability to customize my own settings. As it sits right now, I have to contact Dicupace directly to add an option to a dropdown, which is really unfortunate. It can be a bit confusing, with a lot of fields that I'm not quite sure what to do with. What do you like best about Docupace? Upsides of Docupace are that they are continuously evolving and adding more to their platform. "Could be more user friendly"

What do you like best about Docupace? it is great for keeping our office compliant. Once you figure out the system, it is good to use. i appreciate that it allows our office to be paper free. What do you dislike about Docupace? It is not very user friendly or intuitive. I wish that the filing system was always most recent to oldest. I hate having to scroll pages to get to something that I just uploaded. I wish there was training - even vidoe training for best practices. What problems is ...
