What do you like best about Docupace? The flexibility of the Docupace Platform, and that is highly customizable. What do you dislike about Docupace? Lack of Documentation is my single biggest dislike, and support form engineering at times. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? Document Management, and paperwork processing workflows. All of our BD paperwork is processed with Docupace, one platform, one location.

There are limitations to every product and sometimes pie in the sky is not always feasble. A better understanding of the RIA space with the Transition organization would be beneficial. What do you like best about Docupace? Upsides of Docupace are that they are continuously evolving and adding more to their platform. What do you like best about Docupace? The client tree structure, document storage What do you dislike about Docupace? Figuring which Domain to go to make changes. it's not easy rembering where to go. There is no way connect which domain makes what changes. A quick global refence search will help, to point us in the right direction. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Docupace? The software works as it should. Some workflows are custom, and still work without issue. What do you dislike about Docupace? All my problems come from projects and implementation. I reconize that my experince may not be what everyone else faces. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Docupace? That it always works. I have nothing else to say What do you dislike about Docupace? Where do I begin? THe interface is old, clunky and non-intuitive. I had been promised multiple times That the interface would be changed. In 10 years it never was. Whenever we needed tech support, which admittedly was not that frequent, it was very difficult to get to. It was very hard to move data from Docupace to our CRM. What do you like best about Docupace? Tons of information you can store in a record or folder What do you dislike about Docupace? Not very user friendly. Can only have limited storage levels and it's really hard to extract all files. They charge for an extraction. What problems is Docupace solving and how is that benefiting you?
