"Reliable, easy to setup"

What do you like best about Document360? Simple setup. Easy for end users to manage without IT assistance. What do you dislike about Document360? Nothing immediately comes to mind. We see new features being added constantly. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We utilized this in our business as a way to organized Knowledge Base articles. It has been tremendously helpful to have these KBs in a single, searchable, repository.

What do you like best about Document360? Document360 is intuitive for anyone who develops technical content. The interchangeable WYSIWYG and code views are perfect for precise coding with quick review. What do you dislike about Document360? "Document360 is an excellent Knowledge Base solution."

What do you like best about Document360? The user interface is easy to work with and makes building out enjoyable. What do you dislike about Document360? I'd like to see more integrated apps and more options for importing. Hopefully in the future Document360 can continue growing even more. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? It is providing us with a central location for our documentation and we are able to easily provide our teams with end user training.

"Great Knowledge Base"

What do you like best about Document360? It's easy to use with very little training required. It also has a lot of features to make it more intuitive for users, like the glossary and the bubble up feature. What do you dislike about Document360? There are some things you aren't yet able to do in the WYSIWYG editor. This forces users to have to learn some html in order to write more complex documents. What do you like best about Document360? Their customer support is fantastic - very responsive and helpful. What do you dislike about Document360? Some things can be a little buggy and won't work as expected, but their customer support team is quick to jump on a call and resolve. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? We need a KB with robust features that can be internal and customer-facing.
