What do you like best about Document360? 1. The software is very user-friendly and easy to learn 2. Straightforward Setup. It takes little effort to spin up a new KB 3. What do you like best about Document360? I love how simple this platform is to use! Also, they provide several how-to videos that prove to be super helpful. Our clients love it too! What do you dislike about Document360? There's nothing I can think of at this time. What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Our clients need articles to refer back to when installing or using our features. This helps us point them in the right direction by sending a link vs. sending ...
