Great platform with awesome support

What do you like best? easy to use and provides all the detailed tracking you need. Support is very responsive. What do you dislike? There has not been anything that I dislike. At one point I was unable to add documents over 100 slides but support fixed that very quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? Amazing Software Tool for distributing Power Point Slides and PDFs

What do you like best? I am a software developer and I do not come across a product that I would do this for. Importing a powerpoint slide presentation into another medium never works, but I was sent a slide deck via DocSend, and I was impressed, so I gave it a try. I signed up and uploaded our Resilient Ventures Deck and checked it out. It took no more than 3 minutes to set it up -- not kidding. What do you dislike? I get their email address. I would like to get their name if ...

DocSend review by Sami Liukka, Heavyweight Rex

What do you like best? Good statistics, shows a lot of relevant stuff to support my work. What do you dislike? Email notifications come too quickly. E.g. the system sends the email before the document reviewer has ended reading the document. Therefore, quite often the email reads e.g. 6% completion rate. That is misleading. Recommendations to others considering the product: DocSend is a modern, reliable and super clear way to send presentation documents even to a large groups ...

Have self-respect for your shared IP

What do you like best? DocSend lets you see who's seen your material. Seems simple, but the alternative is sending PDFs, slide decks, and Drive links of which you have no clue as to how many copies have been made and how widely your material has been distributed. DocSend shows me who's seen my stuff and for how long. What do you dislike? On standard paper-sized PDFs, it's a bit more difficult to zoom as you would on a typical PDF being viewed online. That is, a vertical rectangle ...

Fundraising Elevated

What do you like best? The ability to see what slides/sections of our deck are most important to potential donors. What do you dislike? Not a big deal at all, but the "time in deck" displayed in the email doesn't always match up with what's in DocSend. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend it for fundraising purposes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? DocSend has been extremely helpful in ...

Simple yet thorough

What do you like best? I like being notified when the client reviews the document, what percentage of the document they’ve read, and how long they’ve reviewed each page. It helps you truly understand the important pieces of information that they focus on and therefore you can tailor fit ore conversations and content to those areas. What do you dislike? That I have to retype a name for the document each time I create a shareable link for the same document. What problems are you ...

Love Docsend!!

What do you like best? Incredibly easy to use and simple to update as needed. We were able to implement it quickly and it's been wonderful to schedule emails knowing that any edits made won't be interfered with. What do you dislike? Would like to have a free version but it's totally worth the cost. Recommendations to others considering the product: The paid function is worth it if trying to track who is viewing your content! What problems are you solving with the product? ...
