Good, useful, but expensive, you did not give me discount.

What do you like best? monitor seconds and viewer need to leave email, part of CRM What do you dislike? pricing not good, I join TechCrunch you did not give old customer discount. Recommendations to others considering the product: Discount to your old startup customer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? GDrive is good, but docsend can monitor the performance of viewer.

Invaluable tool for capital raising and business development

What do you like best? Track if your deck has been viewed and most importantly, where the reader's focus has been. Track which of your content is viewed the most. What do you dislike? Files are a lot easier to manage using DocSend rather than using direct attachment from our email.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One of the primary reasons we decided to get DocSend is for us to secure all of our outgoing data from prying eyes. With traditional email, we would have a hard time tracking down the activity of every document that we are sending to other people. What do you like best? My favorite is the tracking feature, which allows me to get valuable insights from potential customers, like if they actually reviewed the documentation that I sent, how much time they spent on each page, and what sections of the document caught their attention. What do you like best? I use for BD purposes. You can get customer insights on what links are working, if the content is helpful, are they downloading it, what pages are interesting etc. It allows you to upload pdfs with clickable buttons so I can continue the customer journey to the site. Great Tool to Share and Store Collateral

What do you like best? My company used to rely on a master spreadsheet to store all of our marketing collateral. It was messy, manual, and frustrating. With DocSend, it's now very easy to search for a relevant piece of content and quickly send it to my customers. Great tool for sending Marketing Materials and Proposals to Prospects!

What do you like best? The ease of use is the best i have seen so far. You can upload almost anything in a WORD document, including embeded video, and the system will seamlessly convert it into a privately viewable document.
