What do you like best? DocSend is really easy to navigate and ensures organization with all the different ways you can categorize documents. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike are the emails (not the ones that tell me a document has been viewed). Recommendations to others considering the product: Be consistent with labeling certain links. Exactly what we needed for fundraising
What do you like best? The granular analytics and insights, along with contact capturing is pretty much what we were looking for, but could not find until we came across DocSend. The process is seamless, easy and just pleasant. Great way to send proposals or pitch
What do you like best? Having the report on who viewed your document, and how, it`s great. We all had the experience where you send a proposal and never herd back. Since you can see how other parties interact with your document you can see who opened the document and plan your followup. Also the securities measures are really important. Take control of the content you share with visibility
What do you like best? It's very easy to start using the platform and you get a lot of value from the start. What do you dislike? I wish their "spaces" features weren't in the next tier of price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing reports of claim statistics to our clients. It help us detect which parts of our report are more useful to them.

Very useful, especially for investor deck version control, consumption insight and more
What do you like best? I like that it's really easy to create links to docs, it's easy to update docs with the latest versions, and quickly seeing who's viewing, time spent, in which parts of the docs and where in the world are all great, too. What do you dislike? Not a fan of the error messages that are included in the reporting e.g. "This visit may have come from a data center (Amazon, amazonaws.com)." Promotes transparency between employees and clients.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With DocSend, you have control of the people who can access your documents, which for me, is a very cool and safe feature. Good, useful, but expensive, you did not give me discount.
What do you like best? monitor seconds and viewer need to leave email, part of CRM What do you dislike? pricing not good, I join TechCrunch you did not give old customer discount. Invaluable tool for capital raising and business development
What do you like best? Track if your deck has been viewed and most importantly, where the reader's focus has been. Track which of your content is viewed the most. What do you dislike? Very easy making files and transferring them to immigration instances full gdpr proof
What do you like best? Very easy to open a new space. With my own logo and background. Also the link in outlook is very helpful ! Clients and colleagues of mine loved it ! What do you dislike? Fantastic for customer insight
What do you like best? I use for BD purposes. You can get customer insights on what links are working, if the content is helpful, are they downloading it, what pages are interesting etc. It allows you to upload pdfs with clickable buttons so I can continue the customer journey to the site.
