I had to contact customer service to cancel my membership.

I had to contact customer service (Steve O.) to cancel because of (kreative) marketing agency. I wind up doing all the marketing on my own with very little support. Terrible experience. Doba on the other hand was a good platform to work with. I was offered several solutions to continue working with them. Unfortunately, I couldn't commit to them at this time. Steve did a great job at resolving my issue!
