BILL Spend & Expense is just plain EASY! It is easy to set up different budgets, access to budgets, coding for your financial software. There's no other way to say it - it has streamlined our travel expenditures and made it easy for employees on the go. No more lost receipts, take a picture right at the restaurant of your receipt, and code it right there - it takes seconds to record expenses.

Extremely easy for both administrators and team members
Very easy for the team to use and for administration to set up. Easy to move budgets from one team member to another, make temporary adjustments, etc. Easy to get cards for new team members. Coding of expenses is easy, uploading receipts is easy, requesting reimbursement for mileage and out of pocket expenses is easy. Redeeming rewards points is easy, but this does take longer than you'd think. Approvals are easy, and assigning approvers is easy.

Great product, saves so much time!
We started using Bill Spend and Expense/Divvy in 2018 and have loved how seamless it has made our month-end closing process; their NetSuite integration saves us time by automatically uploading our credit card transactions as pre-defined expenses. Users can enter notes about the charges they put on their cards, as well as upload pictures of their receipt (which means more accountability for when employees use their card).
