What do you like best about Discuss? I loved the lead moderator who was very considerate and easy going in asking the participants questions. I also loved the ease of downloading the program for me to join. I apprecaited the ease of integrating all participants into the discussion. What do you like best about Discuss? Flagging comments and being able to label them to pull together for later use will be incredibly helpful in analysis. Great tech support! What do you dislike about Discuss? There has only been one thing I couldn't navigate and it was using the markup tool, presenting new data and then coming back to the marked up page. What do you like best about Discuss? It is designed with the researcher in mind, not retro fitted to also work in market research. I can load my discussion guide, organize transcripts, and more easily analyze findings. I also like that I can preview respondents and their basic info in advance of groups. What do you like best about Discuss? As a participant, it isn't confusing to use Discuss. I don't feel lost on the platform, and it is straightforward to use. The person doing customer support was friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about Discuss? In one session, we were unable to see a displayed video play smoothly, so I'm not sure if that's a problem with Discuss, or on each user's end.
