What do you like best about Discuss? A practice-oriented platform developed and refined with the typical needs of a qualitative market researcher in mind. Everything you need on one platform. Easy to use and, very important, good tech support. What do you dislike about Discuss? The tech checks beforehand are sometimes a bit inconvenient for participants. What do you like best about Discuss? I loved the lead moderator who was very considerate and easy going in asking the participants questions. I also loved the ease of downloading the program for me to join. I apprecaited the ease of integrating all participants into the discussion.
