"Review DIO"

What do you like best about Discuss? The easy management of the platform itself and how it is very customer friendly. Also the tools that it gives us as a business are very useful to have key insights. What do you dislike about Discuss? I would say that sometimes it is complicated to really know what is wrong with the participants when they are not well connected. What problems is Discuss solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a very friendly platform for the participants and they ...

"A well thought out research platform - for the researchers and respondents"

What do you like best about Discuss? A practice-oriented platform developed and refined with the typical needs of a qualitative market researcher in mind. Everything you need on one platform. Easy to use and, very important, good tech support. What do you dislike about Discuss? The tech checks beforehand are sometimes a bit inconvenient for participants. Tech support at the tech check with the participants only in English (I am from Germany) What problems is Discuss solving and how is that ...

"Discuss is a great platform to discuss new ideas"

What do you like best about Discuss? I loved the lead moderator who was very considerate and easy going in asking the participants questions. I also loved the ease of downloading the program for me to join. I apprecaited the ease of integrating all participants into the discussion. Customer support was great and helped check the technical aspects of the discussion before we went live. Everyone is given ample enough time to discuss their views or ask questions. What do you dislike about ...

"Great tools for analytics"

What do you like best about Discuss? Flagging comments and being able to label them to pull together for later use will be incredibly helpful in analysis. Great tech support! What do you dislike about Discuss? There has only been one thing I couldn't navigate and it was using the markup tool, presenting new data and then coming back to the marked up page. I had to delete markups on the first page or they pull through to the other data pages I needed to present. What problems is Discuss ...

"Researcher-friendly platform"

What do you like best about Discuss? It is designed with the researcher in mind, not retro fitted to also work in market research. I can load my discussion guide, organize transcripts, and more easily analyze findings. I also like that I can preview respondents and their basic info in advance of groups. What do you dislike about Discuss? nothing not to like! very simple/easy to use. What problems is Discuss solving and how is that benefiting you? Again - designed with the researcher in mind ...

"Simple and Understandable Interface"

What do you like best about Discuss? As a participant, it isn't confusing to use Discuss. I don't feel lost on the platform, and it is straightforward to use. The person doing customer support was friendly and helpful. What do you dislike about Discuss? In one session, we were unable to see a displayed video play smoothly, so I'm not sure if that's a problem with Discuss, or on each user's end. Even with lowering the badwidth of playback and resolution didn't seem to help. What problems is ...

"Discuss is an unbelievable collaboration solution."

What do you like best about Discuss? Discuss was easy to use, implement, and integrate with my web browser. The live customer support provided a level of confidence as they invited, greeted, and was available to support another individual that was having issues. I was able to use the collaboration tools during our meeting as well. What do you dislike about Discuss? I am a first time user of Discuss, so I would like to see how consistent my experience will be as I use it more ...

"Seamless and simple for moderators"

What do you like best about Discuss? Having live support to check in participants and do the tech checks is super valuable What do you dislike about Discuss? Participants on mobile devices don't seem to pass tech checks. Not sure if this is user error, but I would like to be able to take folks who may be on a tablet or phone. What problems is Discuss solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes online qualitative research more productive with the interactive tools and virtual "backroom" ...
