"Flexible, goal and customer oriented implementation of AI for Customer Service"

What do you like best about DigitalGenius? Digital Genius already provides a basis for automation of cases, thus the set up is done very fast and still offers individual adjustments. What do you dislike about DigitalGenius? No, there is nothing missing or to dislike. What problems is DigitalGenius solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation of customer e-mails sent to Customer Service. Efficiency gain, fast and immediate response, more capacity of employees for individual inquiries.

"Digital Genius - guiding all towards perfection"

What do you like best about DigitalGenius? The best attribute of the team is that the hours spent on either delivering a request or finding a fix to an issue are not an issue and the support timeline is usually 24/7. What do you like best about DigitalGenius? DigitalGenius has created a bot that works perfectly, responding to customer complaints and tagging them at the same time when further work is needed. What do you like best about DigitalGenius? Flexibility of the team and power of the tool. What do you dislike about DigitalGenius? I can't think of anything, maybe the structure, as it is a fast-growing company. What problems is DigitalGenius solving and how is that benefiting you? Support case automations, thus lowering manual case solving. 20% decrease of cases that need manual intervention.
