What do you like best about Digital WarRoom? Excellent support. Ease of rollout. Great "hand-holding" by the DWR support staff. What do you dislike about Digital WarRoom? Some functions are not that intuitive and need some interpretation. Screen instructions could be better in some instances. What problems is Digital WarRoom solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing very large collections of ESI with limited resources.

"For both analysis and production DWR is over the top better than any other discovery software around"
What do you like best about Digital WarRoom? DWR provides the intuitive and robust functionality of a subscription service like Relativity without the middlemen and gratuitous online hosting fees. What do you dislike about Digital WarRoom? The subscription renewal process is cumbersome, buggy, and pretty scary to have to deal with when you have a deadline looming. It would be vastly preferable to have it autorenew like most other services out there, without any need for direct customer ...

What do you like best about Digital WarRoom? DWR has amazing customer service and their price can't be beaten. What do you dislike about Digital WarRoom? My only issues have been user error, but DWR is quick to re-teach me! What problems is Digital WarRoom solving and how is that benefiting you? DWR has set up predictive coding for a large case with multiple documents that cannot be disclosed due to NDA's. It has been an effective tool.
