I research a product they sold which says they can find deleted videos and pictures. I read the instructions, purchased the software and it never worked. The customer service team would ask me to do things and I did over and over and they would not get it to work and kept giving me excuse after excuse. I asked for a refund, and they would not give me one even when they product DID NOT WORK. Horrible experience, and the products are bad. my order number : 3FGWL9UA89U3B

Totally hopeless. Item was shipped to the wrong address and they just keep emailed me repeatedly with proof of delivery whilst ignoring each message I send them.

Unable to download product, no contact number

Nine hours ago, I ordered a Jihosoft video converster through MyCommerce after having tried the trial version for Mac. After the purchase, I received a download link for PC, which of course does not work. I am unable to reach either Jihosoft nor MyCommce. Niether have customer serivce numbers or chats. I alos cannot fin any answers in the FAQ section. If you need your product that works right after you order it, it is best to order it from another order company and software company.

Unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Digital River appear to be unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As I understand it, the Act asserts that goods must be "as described" and that the cost of returning goods that are not "as described" should not result in a financial cost to the consumer. In my case, after paying 215.99 GBP and receiving the wrong goods, I have been told repeatedly by Digital River than I must return the goods at my own cost.
