"eSellerate was great"

What do you like best about Digital River? I've been a long term customer of eSellerate, and I've been very happy with it. What do you dislike about Digital River? Unfortunately it does appear that the system is being sunsetted – the API hasn't been updated in a while and it's necessary to break through the macOS sandbox to use it fully. It's a shame :( What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? Payment for my shareware products.

What do you like best about Digital River? Easy to integrate and use, I have been using the product to sell software for many years. What do you dislike about Digital River? Fees are a bit high and it takes a while to set up all products. What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to set up and get paid. Works with different payment providers like Visa, Mastercard, etc.

What do you like best about Digital River? stable payment processing for the past years (we are using SWREG from 2004) What do you dislike about Digital River? old-fashioned user interface, hard to get some reports, slow response on support What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? We handle mainly one time payment processing, perfect for VAT payments processing

What do you like best about Digital River? It's an easy alternative to PayPal. There are a number of people who won't use that. What do you dislike about Digital River? Reports are hard to generate, fees are not obvious for individual transactions. What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? Some people are averse to PayPal, and this provides a viable, inexpensive alternative.

What do you like best about Digital River? Product setup is very cutomizable and thorough. What do you dislike about Digital River? The backend is a little outdated and difficult to do simple simple accounting tasks. What problems is Digital River solving and how is that benefiting you? Selling our product codes online is fast to setup and easy to manage inventory.

Stay away... you might get screwed!!

Totally frustrated with their customer service girl. Couldn't make her understand the problem even after repeated tries. Once I paid the price ($39.95) for the full exec version, It would not run... Only the free version would run to a point... then it wanted me to re-buy the DataRecovery SynciOS. Total scam as they refused to send a refund.

Total scam - don't fall for this company and stay away from them. Also check other reviews - I'm not the only one with a bad experience.
