I've been using ShareIt/MyCommerce for many years, but since the changes of policies, we're still waiting for payment for July 24 Sales in October. With no support responses! I hear 100's of sellers are leaving them, avoid!

Take care about the new contract!
Developers who still using mycommerce.com look into your control panel. Under contract library you will find a new contract (6.3) with effective date 16th October 2024. Read "Appendix A" at the end! From the effective date the will charge you USD100 per month. They will also charge you for support requests with USD185 per hour.

Don't make payouts as per their own terms
We have been a software developer using the DR services since the days of Element5. We have not received our payment, despite having to wait the 60 days, as per the new terms. DR have been updating and manipulating their master agreements to slowly draw more money form their vendors. Now we have just found a new contract update in the portal, saying they'll be taking $100 per month, without notifying us of the change. I have been selling software with…
I have been selling software with MyCommerce for years. Now they change the terms payment to 2 months (!) after the billing period (in practical terms a license sold the first of the month will be payed out 3 months later !!!). On top of this unilateral change with days of information, they are already breaching their terms, since after 2 months all vendors have not received the money. Don't send vendor payouts
As a software vendor I am extremely disappointed. I have not received my payouts per agreement. MyCommerce does not respect their own terms. 5 (d) Payment. Within 30 calendar days of the end of each calendar month, Digital River will provide a statement through the Administration Interface of all Transactions for which Digital River has received payment in the preceding calendar month (the "Pay Period"). I was looking at my paypay account
I was looking at my paypay account, I noticed 2 payments taken for Digital River. The first one was on 17/09/24 the second was on 18/09/24. Both payments for 49.99 euros. Never heard of this company, and never got an email or anything regarding this. These payments have been taken out unlawfully because I certainty didn't order them. Its just a scam

Horrendous company
Horrendous company, somehow took £240 from me without my approval and impossible to cancel or contact anyone, the contact form is fake. These people are evil, avoid at all costs.

Just received an email from Digital River to an name and address that I use to SPAM catch. Making out that I contacted them. Cannot believe they would stoop so low as to purchase an illegal email database then use it to SPAM people without permission. IP and Domain reported to all the major ISP's

Getting worse and worse I was using MyCommerce/Digital River/ShareIt for many years as a software vendor to accept payments from my customers. Unilaterally began to worsen the conditions for me. Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Don't know why other companies use them as a third party supplier. We renewed our Autodesk licenses and despite proving that we had paid in full they insist on charging us an additional £200+ for a 'transaction fee'. Refuse to call to discuss over the phone despite several requests to get it sorted quicker. Refuse to issue us a new invoice to match the additional fee they are charging us so our accounts won't match either. STAY WELL CLEAR.
