strongly recommend avoiding MyCommerce until they resolve these serious issues.

Rallying Vendors Affected by Digital River Payment Issues for a Class Action Lawsuit

We are working with digital river from…

We are working with digital river from more then 7 years. They are not releasing payments now and our 3 months money is with them (July, Aug, Sep). They have not released money for all their clients and seems like owner is going to run away with millions of dollars.

Digital River & MyCommerce are scam and thieves

Digital River stole our July, August and September payments. It's a scam. New owner (Barry L. Kasoff) stealing all vendors' money. Absolutely no anwers no support, just radio silence. Support email and chat are handled by AI bots.

Digital River goes bankrupt due to new CEO fraud

Digital River has stolen our sales from July and August 2024, and I fully support Mr. V's view that we should unite and pursue a Class Action Lawsuit. What steps do we need to take to come together on this? I've heard rumors that they intend to focus solely on large vendors, but I find that hard to believe. DigitalRiver worst company ever

I'm very disappointed. They stopped making payments since July without any prior notice. Others here were honest about the new contracts, but don't forget they're now charging $185/hour just to interact with AI bots! Their solution center is hosted on a subdomain of ServiceNow: digitalriver.service-now.com. If you remove "digitalriver" from the URL, you get ServiceNow's website, which promotes "PUT AI AGENTS TO WORK FOR PEOPLE". Does anyone believe that any funds will be recovered?

They have stopped making payments

They have stopped making payments. The owe us from July 2024 onwards. I called multiple times and opened tickets. I called and am put through to their call center where they cannot answer my questions. After 59 minutes on line with them, they still has no answer. I asked them to pass it on high priority, they sent it on low. I am still waiting foran answer.

Delayed payment for July

I have been using Digital River to sell software for over 10 years, but the recent changes have been quite disappointing. Most notably, I have yet to receive the payment for July, which is over 60 days. This delay is making me concerned about the financial stability of Digital River. Is the company experiencing financial difficulties, or is it possibly heading toward closure? I would appreciate your clarification on this matter and a timeline for when I can expect the payment.

Software vendors - avoid the new 60 day payouts and $100/month fee

We've been using DR/MyCommerce/ShareIt for well over 10 years for our software sales. The recent decision by the management to increase the payouts from previous 14 days to current 60 days (which they are already violating as the July 2024 payouts still haven't been sent, even after 60 days), and the new $100/month fee + increased per transaction fees (from Simple 7.9%+$0.90, Blended 4.9%+$0.90 into Simple 8.4%+$0.90, Blended - 5.4%+$0.90) make it a necessity to move away from them as a ...
